Qu&rsquo;il est simple de rajeunir!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Chacun, \u00e0 son rythme, rejoint la maison foresti\u00e8re de Subeyrannes. Puis, en suivant le pas lent et majestueux de Christian nous montons vers le col de l&rsquo;Escalier. D&rsquo;abord en traversant la for\u00eat de Barbeyroux, ensuite dans un paysage plus min\u00e9ral apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 le torrent du Merdarel. Et l\u00e0, \u00e7a ne plaisante pas! La mont\u00e9e est rude, d&rsquo;abord dans l&rsquo;herbe, puis dans les gr\u00e8s; il me faut regarder o\u00f9 je mets les pieds, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je peux accrocher les mains pour me hisser&#8230; l&rsquo;effort est r\u00e9compens\u00e9&#8230;arriv\u00e9e au Pic (2440m) avec une vue imprenable&#8230; sur les nuages! On ne rit pas, MERCI! Une gentiane de Koch, une touffe de cl\u00e9matites, des lys de st Bruno et tant d&rsquo;autres bordent les sentier.
