{"id":7981,"date":"2023-01-14T19:28:02","date_gmt":"2023-01-14T19:28:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sentiers05.fr\/?p=7981"},"modified":"2023-01-16T14:44:32","modified_gmt":"2023-01-16T14:44:32","slug":"tete-plumee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sentiers05.fr\/index.php\/2023\/01\/14\/tete-plumee\/","title":{"rendered":"Pic Chauve \/ T\u00eate Plum\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Jeudi 10 janvier, une belle journ\u00e9e s\u2019annonce pour 9 randonneurs et randonneuses de Sentiers05 : \u00e0 nous le Pic Chauve\u00a0!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le d\u00e9part se fait du camping des S\u00e9rigons \u00e0 la Roche-Des-Arnauds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Premier but\u00a0: le col des S\u00e9rigons par un sentier balis\u00e9 jaune.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Tapis de feuilles mortes et fine pellicule de neige sont agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 nos pieds. Mais la mont\u00e9 dans le ravin de la M\u00e9que est rude.
